Head of Account Management

We are currently looking for a full-time Head of Account Management to join our foodora commercial team in our Budapest office as soon as possible.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
You lead the Account Management team responsible for developing and maintaining collaboration with our restaurant partners
You actively contribute to the development and implementation of the Account Management strategy
You continuously monitor and analyze the market, developing proposals for changes and implementing development tasks
You improve continuously the services provided to our partners by involving sister departments (logistics, marketing, legal, finance, product, customer service)
Through the Regional Account Managers, you plan and coordinate the work of the team while continuously improving efficiency
You provide professional support and internal training to the Account Management team
You design the Account Management metrics and reporting systems, then breaking them down into teams and areas
You set personal sales goals and plans within the team, and manage the performance appraisal processes of the team members
You collaborate with the Berlin regional headquarters to achieve international goals, implementing and sharing best practices
You manage partner communications in line with the quality, legal and content elements required by the company
You ensure a structured rule-based daily operation in the Account Management organization
You participate actively in the selection and onboarding processes of new team members, training and mentoring new colleagues
You contribute to the development of guidelines for marketing and advertising tasks and the definition of tasks to be carried out
This position reports directly to the Commercial Director
Required qualifications:
Completed higher education
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and/or retail
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Fluent English speaking
Confident use of MS Office systems
Category B driving license, and willingness to travel
Strong customer-oriented mindset
Outstanding negotiation and collaboration skills
Advantage:
