Opening in 2026 on Paulay Ede Street, PURO Budapest will be our first international hotel – blending the charm of 19th-century architecture with contemporary design. At PURO Hotels, the Front Office isn’t just a desk – it’s the heart of the guest experience. As one of the two Guest Service Managers, you’ll lead the team that creates the first impression, the lasting memories, and everything in between. You’ll ensure that every Guest interaction is warm, genuine, and unforgettable.

In collaboration with the Operations Manager, you’ll guide the team, oversee workflow, and implement small operational improvements that make a big difference.

  • Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire the Reception and Reservation team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Deliver Excellence: Maintain the highest standards in guest-facing service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out.
  • Coordinate Smoothly: Collaborate with all hotel departments to guarantee seamless communication and a flawless guest journey.
  • Drive Guest Satisfaction: Take a proactive role in anticipating needs, resolving issues, and building relationships with guests that last beyond their stay.
  • Experience: Proven experience in making Guests’ day special in the hotel industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team effectively, experience in managing a a small team.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: Focused on achieving targets and maintaining high standards.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Strong communication skills and a natural talent for building rapport with Guests and colleagues.
  • Organizational Talent: Outstanding time management, creativity, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern systems and technology.
  • Guest Passion: Genuine love for working with people and a commitment to creating exceptional Guest experiences.
