Responsibilities

  • The Guest Experience Manager has the specific role of driving Guest Engagement and satisfaction achieving goals and targets focused on the Global Review Index.
  • Develops and coordinates inspiring activities for leisure guests staying in the hotel which are focused on developing the hotels’ reputation through enhanced guest stays.
  • Is generally alert for opportunities to improve the Experience of Guests in our hotel, by engaging with guests before, during and after their stay.
  • Actively promotes the services and facilities available to guests within the hotel and the Corinthia Hotel Group, maximizing revenue from other outlets.
  • Assigned as the Discovery GHA hotel champion.
  • Keeps contact with Discovery loyalty guests staying in the hotel, whilst also coordinating Experiences and Local Offers.
  • Works with HODs and LQA Champion to ensure LQA Standards are implemented.
  • Reviews daily the service recovery tracker and follows up on individual issues directly with guests to ensure that resolution was effective, and that guest is positive following the experience.
  • Reviews and analysis problems / complaints and coordinates long term solutions ensuring that as a management team we are learning and getting ahead of our challenges.
  • Meets and greets VIP guests on behalf of the Hotel / General Manager.

Requirements

  • Has experience in a similar role
  • College/university degree in relevant field
  • Proficient command of English and Hungarian both in written and verbal, any other language knowledge is advantageous
  • Microsoft Office/Opera/Hostware hotel system knowledge
  • High level of guest service & problem-solving skills
  • Professional self & corporate representation
