Get to know the role
This is not a traditional SDR role, and it is not purely an operations position either. We are looking for a GTM Analyst who operates at the intersection of customer-facing work and building the systems that support it. In this role, you will interact directly with enterprise prospects, take ownership of demos and qualification conversations, and contribute to early-stage business development. At the same time, you will work on the operational side of the go-to-market function by designing CRM automations and workflows that help make our sales motion scalable and repeatable. While the Sales Manager focuses on closing deals and defining the overall strategy, your role is to ensure that the underlying engine actually runs smoothly - both by supporting parts of the enterprise sales process and by building the systems that enable it to scale.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in - and over time leading - early-stage conversations with enterprise prospects.
- Running qualification calls, supporting discovery meetings, and advancing opportunities through defined sales stages.
- Delivering structured product demonstrations to prospective enterprise clients.
- Preparing materials for Trust & Safety, Legal, Compliance, and Product stakeholders involved in the buying process.
- Identifying and qualifying target accounts to support outbound business development.
- Preparing outreach sequences and converting early-stage interest into demo-ready opportunities.
- Structuring and maintaining Salesforce to accurately reflect pipeline stages.
- Designing automation rules and follow-up logic to streamline the sales process.
- Building dashboards that provide clear pipeline visibility for leadership and reduce manual reporting.
- Tracking ICP validation patterns and identifying friction points in the funnel.
- Supporting the design and execution of structured pilots and PoCs.
- Defining success criteria, monitoring implementation milestones, and tracking pilot-to-paid conversions.
This opportunity is for you if you…
- You have 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, GTM, SDR, RevOps, or commercial operations.
- You are comfortable speaking with enterprise stakeholders.
- You can run structured demos and discovery conversations.
- You are process-oriented and analytical.
- You have CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
- You are interested in automation and workflow logic.
- You can work effectively in ambiguous situations while building structure.
It’s a plus if you...
- You have experience in enterprise security, compliance, or regulated environments.
- You have used automation tools or workflow builders.
- You are comfortable with data, reporting, dashboards, and funnel analysis.
