Responsibilities

Would you like to contribute to the success of one of Central Europe’s largest energy companies? ORLEN Hungary is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Growth Account Manager, who will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building long-term B2B partnerships in Hungary.

Main Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Acquire new B2B partners for ORLEN’s fuel card solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
  • Build and manage your own sales funnel
Portfolio Management
  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
  • Increase customer satisfaction with tailored proposals
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support long-term customer retention initiatives
Strategic & Analytical Tasks
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Develop strategic recommendations supporting growth targets
  • Contribute to proposals and product development initiatives
Client Relations & Negotiations
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations and manage complex contracting processes
  • Participate actively in executive-level presentations
Reporting
  • Record sales data and processes accurately
  • Prepare regular performance reports
  • Produce forecasts and performance analyses

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience (fleet, logistics, mobility, fuel card experience is an advantage)
  • “Growth mindset” — you enjoy challenges and proactively shape business processes
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Confident English skills (spoken & written) at negotiation level
  • Results-driven attitude and comfort with dynamic, measurable tasks
  • Strong Excel skills and experience in creating professional reports
  • Category B driving licence and willingness to travel within Hungary
