GROUP PROCUREMENT EXPERT

• SOURCING: Participate in creating IT sourcing strategy and execute IT sourcing activities for OTP Group including – but not limited to – these categories: SW licenses, SW maintenance and support services, SW development services, HW infrastructure and banking industry-specific devices (ATM, POS).
• CONTRACTING: Handle group contracts pool (contract negotiation, contract management)
• VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Manage vendor relationship with strategic / core vendors, continuously monitor vendor performance.
• GROUP GOVERNANCE
• control subsidiaries’ local procurement, provide professional support.
• Optimize subsidiaries’ local, existing procurement, search for new / alternative suppliers, lead product / supplier change management projects.
• Collect best practices, share within group.
• PROCUREMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Manage group procurement projects (procurement digitalization, e-procurement tool implementation, standardization and harmonization of procurement processes).
• Support / lead ongoing integration/merge projects for new subsidiaries from procurement perspective
• Review / update processes / procedures frequently
• Be an evangelist of „Proactive procurement” approach.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF

you are Fluent in business English

in case of C1 conversational English level or higher: knowledge of Hungarian language is not a must

you have 5 years work experience in multinational environment as procurement professional

you graduated with BSc / Msc in engineering / ecomonics / business

are a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

you have excellent communicatons and negotiation skills

you have methodical and organised mindset

you have team player attitude

you’re willing to travel to OTP’s subsidiaries (weekends excluded)

YOU START WITH ADVANTAGE IF YOU

• have knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Uzbek
• have experience within a financial institute
• have specific work experience in IT Procurement
• have experience in governing, overseeing procurement operation or otherwise control subsidiaries / affiliates
• have knowledge in procurement module(s) of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.)
