Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Finance Department, you will play a central role in a strategic transformation project at the crossroads of Finance, IT, and Operations. You will be responsible for the design, governance, and implementation of our new Finance ERP system.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Define and Harmonize Group Finance Processes

You will lead the structuring and standardization of the Group's financial processes through the deployment of a common system and reporting framework.

In this capacity, you will define standards, governance rules, and control mechanisms to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across all international entities.

2. Lead the Finance Deployment of the ERP Program

Acting as the interface between business, IT, and integration teams, you will translate functional requirements into robust solutions and oversee the various phases of the project: design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, and post go-live support.

You will ensure the successful execution of the Finance roadmap and stakeholder alignment across all geographies involved, in close collaboration with the system integrator and IT teams.

3. Strengthen Data Reliability and Financial Steering

You will structure the Group's financial master data, ensure data reliability, and enable the Group to fully leverage the capabilities offered by D365 in order to enhance the quality of financial steering and reporting.

Requirements

With a higher education degree in Finance (ACCA/ACA/CPA), you have solid experience (around 10 years) in Finance, ideally gained within an international multi-entity group. You must have participated in major ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, D365, NetSuite, etc.).

We are also open to candidates from consulting backgrounds, provided they have a strong operational mindset.

We are looking for a profile combining:

strong expertise in financial processes;
solid understanding of ERP environments and the ability to engage with technical depth;
the ability to lead complex projects autonomously;
proven leadership and communication skills.
