Responsibilities
As Group Controller you ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all entities within the group, providing transparency and reliability for stakeholders. You drive financial planning, consolidation, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making at group level, while maintaining strong internal controls and reporting standards. <span style=" display:block;"><b>Group Controlling</b></span><ul><li>Prepare and support monthly group consolidation under Swiss GAAP FER</li><li>Prepare and support with consolidated regulatory reporting for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Support financial planning processes (VCP, Budget, Forecast) and analyze key performance indicators</li><li>Conduct global analysis and review of the CAPEX process</li><li>Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting and data analysis</li><li>Provide support during internal and external audits</li><li>Maintain and support risk management and ICS activities</li><li>Maintain and adjust quarterly transfer price calculations and support the preparation of the documentation</li></ul><b>Mammut Sports Group AG</b><br><ul><li>Support, preparation and analysis of monthly closing according to Swiss GAAP FER</li><li>Support and provide input for planning (VCP, BUD and FC) </li></ul>Play to your strengths
<ul><li>Degree in Accounting / Finance / business administration (university, university of applied sciences, certified public accountant, CAS Accounting & Controlling, or similar)</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in consolidation and group reporting</li><li>Knowledge of financial reporting standards</li><li>Excellent analytical skills</li><li>Teamplayer with ability to build relationships, work collaboratively but also independently</li><li>Problem-solving mentality with good prioritization and multi-tasking skills fast-paced environment</li><li>Emphasis on team-first culture, with collaborative interdepartmental project work</li><li>Fluent in English, German is desirable</li><li>Strong knowledge in consolidation and reporting tool (ideally Tagetik), Microsoft D 365 and MS Office</li><li>Willingness to travel for subsidiaries visits</li></ul>
