Group Controller

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual group close processes, including leading IFRS consolidation
• Ensuring accuracy of the group P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and overseeing GL accounting standards
• Developing and maintaining group-wide accounting policies and technical accounting guidelines
• Managing the revenue recognition framework (IFRS 15, accruals, deferred revenue)
• Strengthening internal controls across close, consolidation and revenue accounting
• Acting as the primary contact for external auditors and supporting statutory reporting
• Accelerating and improving the quality and predictability of close and reporting cycles, while supporting system enhancements
• Supporting acquisition accounting and close integration, and establishing scalable processes, templates and operating rhythms across entities
• Building and developing the controllership and accounting team, raising standards and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
