Closing and Consolidation: Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, playing a key role in consolidating group accounts in line with IFRS standards.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed quality checks and financial statement analysis on a group level, ensuring that every figure reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Internal Controls: Support internal controls reviews (ICS) to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency across the organization.
• Process Improvement: Champion initiatives to standardize, simplify, automate, and document financial processes, enhancing efficiency and clarity across our reporting systems.
• Audit Activities: Contribute to IFRS audit activities by preparing audit schedules and developing thoughtful responses to audit inquiries, reinforcing our robust financial framework.
 Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and training to countries and corporate functions, sharing your expertise to build a stronger, more knowledgeable finance community.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Global Reporting on new projects and special assignments that drive our financial strategy forward.

  • Formal Finance/Accounting education (high school or university)
  • 3+ years working experience in Accounting/Finance, (knowledge of reporting/consolidation tools is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles is an advantage for the position
  • Experienced MS office user (advanced Excel knowledge)
  • Good English language skills both speaking and writing 
  • Customer focused mentality
  • Professional work ethics
  • Advantage: experience with SAP R3 or S4 HANA
  • Motivation to work in a multinational team together with other team members to help the team to perform the daily tasks and the monthly closing activities
