Group Accountant / Controller (%)Your daily tasks & responsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities – Group LevelPrepare consolidated monthly and annual financial statements of the AMAC Group in accordance with Swiss GAAP FERSupport in the preparation of budgets, business plans, and regular forecastsAct as the main point of contact for external auditorsEnhance reporting processes across subsidiariesImprove intercompany reconciliation and matchingMaintain, update, and enhance the internal control system (ICS) at group levelSupport the Manager Finance & Controlling in various tasksContribute to improvements of the group accounting manualProvide support to subsidiaries on accounting-related mattersContribute to various financial projects with potential responsibility ownershipPrimary Responsibilities – Swiss SubsidiaryPrepare monthly closing for the Swiss subsidiary in collaboration with AccountingPrepare annual statutory financial statements of the main Swiss entityServe as the primary contact for auditorsManage SERV and bank guaranteesPrepare VAT declarations and act as internal contact for VAT-related topicsAssist with tax-related mattersSupport preparation of budgets, business plans, and regular forecastsContribute to the development and enhancement of Business Intelligence toolsThe expertise you have & skills you bringSwiss Certified fiduciary/accounting specialist (Fachausweis Treuhänder/Buchhalter), Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting & Controlling, or university degree in economics/finance (university/college), or equivalent qualification in SwitzerlandMinimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting and controlling in SwitzerlandStrong knowledge in accounting, cost calculation, and percentage-of-completion (POC) valuationPractical experience with Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss Code of Obligations is a mustService-oriented, proactive personality with strong initiativeFluency in English and German; French knowledge is an advantageAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamComfortable working in a fast-growing, international environmentWillingness to travel and visit subsidiariesExperience with Lucanet and Abacus is an assetAdvanced Excel skillsWhat we offer you (among other things)A dynamic role in an exclusive, international environmentMembership in a young, enthusiastic, and small teamHigh level of autonomy and responsibility over assigned projectsCollaboration with cross-functional teamsFlexible working hoursCompetitive and attractive compensation packageWhat we offer you (among other things)Working places: City office at Sternengasse 18 in Basel and Basel EuroAirport jidf3b30a5pn jit0207pn jiy26pn
