Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Preparation, collection, and submission of documentation to government authorities and financial institutions
Management and renewal of company licenses with relevant authorities
Tracking and follow-up on all government transactions and approvals
Collection and management of official correspondence from government entities
Issuance of certificates and documents via government portals
Monitoring expiration dates of licenses and ensuring timely renewals
Processing industrial exemptions and authorizations via FASAH
Handling tax-related submissions including VAT returns and refunds
Issuance and renewal of work permits, residency permits, and visas
Coordination of employee attendance and leave records for payroll processing
Management of medical insurance enrollment and annual renewals for employees and dependents
Support for employees with government-related requests and documentation
Ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
Facilitation of exit/re-entry procedures for expatriate employees
Maintenance and renewal of company accounts across key government portals
Accompanying government officials during inspections and site visits
Support for audits and inspections from relevant authorities
Ensuring proper documentation and compliance readiness during inspections
Provision of administrative support to management and internal teams
Assistance to expatriate employees with government procedures including Arabic language support
Support for training sessions with Arabic translation
Maintenance of accurate records, files, and documentation
Processing attestations via the Chamber of Commerce
Promotion of positive employee relations and resolution of administrative issues
Ensuring compliance with Saudization requirements
Monitoring company classification under the Saudi traffic light system (Nitaqat)
Support for maintaining a favorable classification status
Follow-up on updates to licenses, certificates, and regulatory requirements
Coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows
Ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, HR, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Government Relations / PRO role in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of Saudi government procedures, portals, and regulations
Hands-on experience with government platforms such as QIWA, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Eti-mad, SABER, and FASAH
Familiarity with Saudization policies and Nitaqat system
Understanding of labor law, immigration procedures, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
