Global Translation Project Manager (Junior)

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that involves coordinating and managing complex multilingual translation and terminology projects on a global scale? As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inquiry to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction for all DHL legal entities worldwide.

What You'll Do:

You'll be at the heart of our language services operations, supporting the planning, implementation, and management of diverse translation projects across all DHL legal entities globally.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop customized workflows using cutting-edge translation management and memory systems.
Ensuring efficient project execution by liaising with internal teams and external suppliers, providing comprehensive support and coordination.
Managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Generating accurate cost estimates and quotations for language and translation services, optimizing resources and aligning with client expectations.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in translation management.
Good know-how of CAT tools and TMS systems (preferably memoQ and XTRF)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally.
