Responsibilities

Participation in global Total Rewards projects with HR and business leaders across brands
Conducting job evaluations using Mercer methodology for accurate grading and internal equity
Maintenance and updating of job description libraries and serving as job evaluation subject matter expert
Collection, analysis, and provision of global salary and benefits benchmarking data using market survey sources
Responsibility for global compensation and salary benchmarking surveys
Monitoring market trends in compensation and sharing actionable insights with HR and business leaders
Recommendation of adjustments to pay structures for market competitiveness and internal equity
Maintenance of internal grade structures, pay bands, and job architecture documentation
Support of annual and off-cycle merit increase processes
Participation in review, creation, and ongoing maintenance of compensation-related policies and guidelines
Analysis and monitoring of compliance with pay transparency and equity regulations
Support of audits, reporting, and response to requests to demonstrate compliance
Analysis and support of bonus and incentive payment cycles
Monitoring bonus payment process execution for consistency, compliance, and internal alignment
Acting as compensation advisor to HR business partners and managers providing guidance on grading, benchmarking, and pay decisions
Delivery of compensation education and training to HR and line management as required

Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR and/or Economics
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR compensation & benefits
Compensation benchmarking and market analysis
Fluent English knowledge
Advanced MS Excel skills
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skillset
