Responsibilities

Develop and execute global commodity strategies to ensure cost competitiveness, supply security, quality, and innovation
Analyze global market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Build, manage, and optimize a global supplier base across all regions
Lead global negotiations and establish framework agreements with key suppliers
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance stakeholders
Monitor and report global commodity performance metrics (e.g. savings, risks, supplier performance)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or commodity management with global exposure
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
