Responsibilities

Team members are expected to play a key role in client relationship management and understanding dynamic changes in commercial demands of the business as well as grow subject matter expertise in onboarding and regulatory requirements.

FNBG also works closely with the broader client onboarding teams to identify and monitor potential revenue areas that require minimal uplift for the Global Markets Division. They then work with sales and clients to translate the potential revenue into actualized.

Owning and driving the onboarding process on behalf of the desk for all client types and products (Cash and Derivatives)
Active discussions with Sales to manage priorities
Drive internal and external negotiations and processes including ISDA agreements and account opening
Develop in depth knowledge of all requirements needed such as AML, KYC & product to legal entity alignment
Having a sound appreciation of new business policy and process requirements
Manage tight time lines for fund launches, market specific deadlines and trade dates

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, able to multi-task, and prioritize projects
Detail oriented and self-driven
Strong client service orientation
Bachelorâs Degree
Knowledge of onboarding KYC and regulatory requirements is preferred
Derivatives/ISDA experience/knowledge is preferred
General understanding and/or prior experience in related onboarding functions (e.g. Due Diligence) is preferred
