Responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for the administrative and operational support of certain partner programs - mainly related to vendor marketing and business developments activites.
YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Keeping track of partner programs and policies with a special attention for funding opportunities
- Ensuring the accurate planning and submission of funding requests
- Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders - Provide regular updates on funding, program changes, and potential fund expirations, escalating issues when needed
- Ensuring streamlined operations: Maintaining Vendor tools for the marketing programs; and ensuring the efficient and accurate invoicing and timely payments
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in corporate environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and any kind of ERP system (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
- Ability to prioritaze and manage multiple projects simultaniously
