Feladatok

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized German-speaking Travel Coordination Assistant to join our team. This is a remote work opportunity that requires a high level of German language proficiency. In this role, you will work closely with our Operations team and directly with customers to ensure our groups receive the exceptional service they deserve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow in a short period of time or someone who wants to utilize their German and English language skills to earn a competitive salary within a six- until seven-month period.

Responsibilities:

Be on-call for emergency phone calls during weekends/nights twice a month (From Friday afternoon until Monday morning)
Ad hoc problem solving
Prepare E-mails for suppliers including an overview with bookings for the upcoming weekend (as reminders) - this takes around max 5 hours per week

Elvárások

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a flexible and customer-oriented approach.

Fast learner of new IT systems.
