German‑Speaking Startup Site Manager - 6-Month Contract | Fully Remote

Our recruitment agency is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to identify an experienced professional for a fully remote German‑Speaking Startup Site Managery role.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for approximately 6 months, covering a maternity leave period. The assignment is expected to run until October, with an immediate start.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in German clinical trial submissions, site start-up activities, and contract negotiation, who enjoy working in an international, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory submissions and site start-up activities for clinical trials in Germany
• Prepare and review site regulatory documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance
• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with clinical trial sites
• Track and manage regulatory approvals, contracts, ethics submissions, and documentation
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems, databases, and project tracking tools
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Provide local regulatory expertise to the global clinical operations team
• Monitor site performance metrics and support project timelines
• Perform quality control of site documentation and regulatory materials
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and clinical sites
