We are seeking a German-speaking Project Management Office Support Specialist to facilitate project administration and coordination across planning, development, and implementation phases. This role ensures seamless project progress, transparent communication, and efficient decision-making. You will apply various project management methodologies, organise meetings, manage stakeholder engagement, monitor budgets, and prepare reports and documentation.

  • Support Project Managers in day-to-day activities.

  • Monitor, measure, and document project progress; prepare status reports.

  • Facilitate successful setup and implementation of projects and workstreams.

  • Assist in preparing customer-facing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.

  • Drive and control scheduling for meetings and workshops; prepare agendas, documents, and minutes.

  • Create project plans, risk analysis, and gap analysis.

  • Track and follow up on action items.Monitor project budgets and manage

  • Lessons Learned sessions.

  • Report updates and progress to management.

  • Fluent in German and intermediate English.

  • Experience in PMO support or similar roles in business/IT.

  • Familiarity with functional/business processes.Proficient in

  • PowerPoint and Excel.Proactive, organised, and customer-oriented.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate.

  • Team management and facilitation skills.
