Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
German Speaking Knowledge Advisory Specialist (Full- time or Part- time)
Your role in a nutshell:
As a Knowledge Advisory Specialist (KAS), you will play an essential role in shaping our knowledge management system. Your primary responsibilities include selecting, developing, and maintaining knowledge sharing platforms while ensuring that our digital content meets the highest quality standards. You will be a key contributor to the collection, distribution, and development of our knowledge portfolio, bringing valuable insights into our team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the selection, development, and operation of knowledge sharing platforms.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge management and implementation of audience-specific concepts.
- Ensure structured utilization of industry and technology knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal departments and using relevant platforms to coordinate knowledge initiatives.
- Drive the development of creative ideas and digital knowledge channels.
- Actively apply your expertise to the redesign of digital knowledge management.
- Stay updated on the latest knowledge management systems, including AI applications.
- Effectively share information and results to relevant stakeholders.
What you will bring to the team:
- BA degree in languages, media, communication, journalism, or business administration (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content management
- Advanced proficiency in digital content and knowledge management systems
- Familiarity with Confluence, Highspot, and SharePoint (preferred)
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced German; intermediate English
