GERMAN SPEAKING FIXED ASSET ACCOUNTANT

Our client, an international trading company, is looking for an experienced German Speaking Fixed Asset Accountant to join their team. This is a part-time position that offers the chance to work with a leading global company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Manage inventory and fixed asset accounting.
• Oversee the capitalization of assets and process disposals.
• Ensure proper accounting treatment, especially for fixed assets in SL and GL.
• Support period-end close activities (monthly, quarterly, and year-end).
• Handle capital expenditures, adjusting entries, and transfers.
• Review and process asset transfers and depreciation (Local GAAP & IFRS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local GAAP, and IFRS.
• Coordinate fixed assets-related activities within the team and ensure accurate reporting.

• Relevant university degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting),
• Chartered accountant qualifications are an advantage,
• Proven experience in finance with a focus on fixed asset management,
• Expertise in Local GAAP, IFRS, and Fixed Asset Modules,
• Proficiency in both English and German,
• Strong analytical skills, financial awareness, and a proactive mindset,
