Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
- Build, lead and develop a GL-focused finance team of around 40 professionals
- Actively support the transition of GL and related finance processes from various European entities to Hungary
- Ensure smooth integration of finance process models into SAP ECC from multiple local ERP systems
- Oversee GL operations and ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution
- Drive process harmonization, standardization and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement development opportunities, including technology-enabled solutions
- Present strategic directions and operational visions to stakeholders across all levels
- Coach and develop team members and leaders
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders

Requirements

You Are a Great Fit If You Have
- 5+ years of people management experience in a financial SSC
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- Experience in GL or R2R operations (team management experience up to 40 FTE)
- Transition / migration experience is an advantage
- SAP (or other ERP) knowledge
- Excellent command of English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- High attention to detail and strong prioritization capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong continuous improvement and quality-focused mindset
