Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a professional software engineering role
Proven track record of shipping successful, production-grade applications
At least 3+ years of experience in a formal leadership capacity
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop software engineers
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Extensive experience leading engineering teams in a consulting or client-facing environment
Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
Strong, hands-on architectural knowledge of cloud computing
Direct experience designing and delivering complex, cloud-native applications on a major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency across the full stack including modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React)
Proficiency in backend services (.NET, Node.JS or Python)
Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles

Experience working within a fast-paced, scale-up technology consulting firm
Significant hands-on experience with the AWS platform and its core services
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or other professional-level cloud certifications
Background as a hands-on Solutions Architect in a technical domain
Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon EKS
