Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate engineering talent

Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a professional software engineering role
- At least 3+ years of experience in a formal leadership capacity
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong, hands-on architectural knowledge of cloud computing
- Proficiency across the full stack including modern frontend frameworks, backend services, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles
Nice-to-have
- Experience working within a fast-paced, scale-up technology consulting firm
- Significant hands-on experience with the AWS platform and its core services
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or other professional-level cloud certifications
- Background as a hands-on Solutions Architect in a technical domain
- Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon EKS
