Responsibilities

Line management, coaching, and career development for a team of Full-Stack Engineers
Performance management and professional growth fostering
Providing hands-on technical leadership as Solutions Architect and technical lead on cloud-native application development projects
Owning the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for assigned projects
Leading architectural reviews and code reviews
Ensuring adherence to high standards for quality, scalability, and security
Serving as primary technical point of contact for senior client stakeholders
Building trust and managing expectations with client stakeholders
Driving adoption of modern engineering practices and tools
Ensuring technical decisions align with industry-standard architectural principles
Supporting project delivery within an Agile environment

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with successful production-grade applications
At least 3+ years of formal leadership experience with ability to lead, mentor, and develop software engineers
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience leading engineering teams in consulting or client-facing environments
Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in professional services context
Strong hands-on architectural knowledge of cloud computing with experience designing and delivering complex cloud-native applications on major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency across full stack including modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React), backend services (Node.js, Java, or .NET), and both SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles

Nice-to-have

Experience working within a fast-paced, scale-up technology consulting firm, Significant hands-on experience with the AWS platform and its core services, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or other professional-level cloud certifications, Background as a hands-on Solutions Architect in a technical domain, Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Amazon EKS
