Responsibilities
Provide direct line management, coaching, and career development for a team of Full-Stack Engineers
Serve as the dedicated Solutions Architect and technical lead on strategic and complex cloud-native application development projects
Own the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for assigned projects
Lead architectural reviews and code reviews
Ensure adherence to high standards for quality, scalability, and security
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for senior client stakeholders
Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices and tools
Ensure technical decisions align with industry-standard architectural principles and support Agile project delivery

Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in professional software engineering role with successful production-grade applications
At least 3+ years in a formal leadership capacity with ability to lead, mentor, and develop software engineers
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading engineering teams in consulting or client-facing environment
Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
Strong hands-on architectural knowledge of cloud computing with experience designing and delivering complex cloud-native applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency across full stack including modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React), backend services (Node.js, Java, or .NET), and SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles
At least 3+ years in a formal leadership capacity with ability to lead, mentor, and develop software engineers
