Responsibilities

Develop and enhance applications using Python (backend) and JavaScript, HTML, CSS (frontend)
Design and optimize database solutions (PostgreSQL)
Support cloud deployments (AWS, Azure or similar platforms)
Contribute to the architecture and further development of our IT infrastructure
Integrate, customize and extend ERP systems (modules, workflows, interfaces)
Support automation, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Git)
Assist in building data processes (ETL, API integrations, analytics)

Requirements

Office mentality: we work on site
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable qualification
Proven experience in full stack development with Python
Good knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Strong experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
Experience with cloud technologies and IT infrastructure is a plus
Knowledge of Docker, Git and CI/CD processes is desirable
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (development, customization, workflows) is an advantage
Basic data engineering knowledge (ETL, APIs, analytics) is a plus
Analytical mindset, team-oriented and self-driven working style
Excellent communication skills in German and English (business fluent)
