And now, we are entering a brand-new chapter: our newly opened automated Fulfillment Center in Biatorbágy — the one of the most advanced facilities in the Hungarian market.
This is where you come in.
We’re looking for a Fulfillment Center Manager who will take full ownership of the Operations facility, lead it to full capacity, build strong teams, and set a new industry standard for operational excellence in Hungary. Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer
What you’ll do?
  • Lead Fulfillment Center in Budapest - You’ll oversee daily operations in a highly automated environment, ensuring world-class safety, quality, productivity, and customer outcomes. Your goal? Turn a freshly launched site into a fully optimized, high-performance operation.
  • Build and develop a strong leadership team - You’ll lead Operations Managers and support functions, coach them, grow them, and create an engaged warehouse culture where people feel motivated, supported, and accountable.
  • Connect the site with the wider business - You’ll partner with Engineering, Automation, IT, HR, Finance, and Transport to solve challenges, share insights, scale improvements, and bring group standards to life. Your decisions will directly influence how the whole company operates.
  • Drive the FC to full capacity — and beyond - This site is growing fast. You will shape workforce planning, prepare for peak seasons, support automation initiatives, and introduce new tools and practices that keep the FC two steps ahead.
  • Champion safety, structure, and continuous improvement - From compliance to problem-solving, you’ll embed a mindset of responsibility and innovation across the entire site — ensuring operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently every day.
What we look for?
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Experience leading large teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic and operational thinking — you see the big picture and deliver results
  • Data-driven mindset and confidence in working with KPIs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Fluent Hungarian and advanced English
  • Flexibility for shift-based needs and peak periods
  • Bonus points: Lean/Six Sigma, automation experience, WMS expertise, or an MBA
