Responsibilities

Support for development, quality assurance and product management
Working closely with team members to ensure successful completion of projects and overall support with all roll-out services
Enabling continuous improvement by supporting when needed
Responsibility for vacation planning of direct reports
Holding periodic one-to-one meetings to ensure individual performance and development support via close work with HR
Motivating the team to improve performance and ensuring team members are supported
Leading team efforts towards successful project delivery for customers
Collaborating with various stakeholders with a focus on business goals

Requirements

Development background in building highly scalable, containerized services and applications
Experience in Angular
Good understanding of modern web technology including Javascript and TypeScript
Familiarity with .NET Core, C#, messaging systems (Rabbit MQ) and in-memory databases (Redis, MS SQL)
Deep understanding and interest in lean and agile principles for product development
Ability to build effective teams, motivate, direct and coach staff
Strong people management and leadership skills
