Responsibilities

Support for development, quality assurance and product management
Collaboration with team members to ensure successful project completion and roll-out services
Support for continuous improvement
Vacation planning for direct reports
Periodic one-to-one meetings for individual performance and development support
Motivation and performance improvement of the team
Leadership of engineers, developers, designers and other team members towards successful project delivery
Collaboration with various stakeholders with focus on business goals

Requirements

Development background in building highly scalable, containerized services and applications
Experience in Angular
Good understanding of modern web technology including Javascript and TypeScript
Familiarity with .NET Core, C#, messaging systems (Rabbit MQ) and in-memory databases (Redis, MS SQL)
Deep understanding and interest in lean and agile principles for product development
Ability to build effective teams, motivate, direct and coach staff
Strong people management and leadership skills
