Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Hungarian and English-speaking Assistant to support our Marketing Frontend department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional precision, attention to detail, and expertise in media PR writing, as well as knowledge of website Frontend interfaces. As the primary point of contact for Hungarian-speaking tasks, this role is crucial for ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

Website Frontend Management: Ongoing monitoring of on-sale inventory to ensure the best selection of available tickets for buyers. Assist in uploading and managing CMS (Wordpress, Strapi, payload) on the company website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the standards of the website strategies. Advantage if has a knowledge of HTML.

Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing customer support through written channels such as emails and chatbot. Ability to empathize with customers, address their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout interactions.

Written Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in written communication, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively in both Hungarian and English. Previous experience in crafting customer service responses that are informative, friendly, and tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeted towards Hungarian-speaking audiences. This may involve content creation, social media management, and other promotional activities.

Bilingual Communication: Act as a bridge to provide clear and accurate translations as needed for the Frontend Manager.

Media PR Writing: Craft compelling press releases, articles, and other promotional materials in both Hungarian and English, adhering to company branding guidelines.

Social Media Handling: Monitor and engage with the company's social media channels in Hungarian, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.

Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Frontend department, including organizing files, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PP…etc), Adobe systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in media PR writing and website Frontend management.
  • Customer service experience, particularly in written communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and fast-paced settings
  • Prior experience in marketing support and administrative tasks is desirable.
