Responsibilities

An established hotel chain with over 15 years of market presence is expanding its portfolio with the opening of a new unit in central Budapest. To support both the new opening and existing properties, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations across four locations.

This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the successful launch of a new property while playing a strategic role in the coordinated management of multiple hotel receptions within a dynamic, international hospitality environment.

  • Oversee, monitor, and supervise front office operations across four reception teams
  • Coordinate the daily operational activities of multiple hotel units
  • Manage reservations via email, telephone, and various online booking platforms
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and administrative processes accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update rates and availability within property management and distribution systems
  • Liaise and collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure consistently high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in English (written and spoken)
  • Have proven experience in a similar Front Office or hospitality management role
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment while maintaining strong leadership capabilities
  • Are adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience using the SabeeApp Property Management System
  • Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools, with a creative mindset
