Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the front desk team to ensure outstanding service delivery
• Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage and respond to online hotel reviews (Booking, Google, TripAdvisor, etc.) in a professional and brand-aligned manner
• Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and ratings
• Actively enhance the overall guest experience through personalized service and attention to detail
• Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently and diplomatically
• Ensure smooth communication between departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service quality
• Support revenue optimization through upselling and room allocation strategies
• Prepare reports and performance analyses related to guest satisfaction and online reputation

Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front office leadership role (preferably in a boutique or lifestyle hotel)
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Experience in managing online reputation and hotel review platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, guest-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS knowledge required)
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Experience in managing online reputation and hotel review platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
