Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Manager at Eurostars Hotel Company located in Budapest. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and maintaining effective communication with guests and team members.
Requirements
- Office Administration and Front Office management skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and situations
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
