If so, our Partner invites you to join their welcoming team as a Front Desk Administrator and Assistant. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our school community, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and the coordination of afternoon club activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work both collaboratively and independently with confidence, professionalism, and care, supporting our students, families, and staff every day.
- Reception and Customer Service: Welcome parents, students, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Assist them with their needs, provide information, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and messages from parents and clients with kindness, professionalism, and care, ensuring every interaction reflects the welcoming spirit of the school. Maintain clear and timely communication across departments, supporting accurate and efficient information flow between staff, parents, and the leadership team.
- Atmosphere and Support: Create a positive, friendly environment and assist with routine inquiries. This role requires constant close contact with students, and sometimes first aid help is provided.
- Information and Assistance: Support parents and students by providing accurate information, solving everyday problems, and distributing relevant documents or updates.
- Club Coordination: Organise and maintain records of afternoon activities, liaise with club teachers and the Leadership Team and manage communication between teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Daily Operations: Support the administrative and operational needs of the school, monitor records, and assist with routine inquiries from staff, students, and parents.
- Data and Document Management: Maintain and update children’s and parents’ records in our system. Organise and store documents in both electronic and paper formats securely and efficiently.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
- Confident team player with a personable nature to provide outstanding customer service in a front-line role.
- Ability to work in a team and independently with confidence.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
