Company info
For our market-leading trading company we are looking for a skilled professional for the following position:
French-speaking Credit Controller
Tasks
- Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and smooth operations,
- Maintain relationships with key clients, resolve disputes quickly, and ensure payment security,
- Prepare reports to improve credit management and oversee credit/fraud protection rules, informing relevant partners,
- Handle bank transfers, settlements, and coordinate financial transactions,
- Introduce projects, build relationships across teams, improve team efficiency.
Profile
- Experience in the financial sector,
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field,
- Fluency in French and English,
- Experience with financial systems.
