Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Chat with clients via phone, email, and more to follow up on payments — always in a clear, friendly, and professional way
Keep an eye on customer accounts and help us stay up to date on invoices and balances
Evaluate credit risk and help define smart payment terms that work for everyone
Work closely with finance and sales teams to solve billing issues and keep the process smooth
Handle financial data with care and confidentiality
Support internal reporting and take part in team reviews

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in Credit & Collections (ideally in a multinational company or Shared Service Center)
Fluent in French AND English (both written and spoken) — communication is your superpower!
A natural problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges
Great multitasking skills — you stay organized, even when things get busy
SAP experience is a plus
A team player who loves learning, improving, and bringing positive energy to the team
