Responsibilities

Writing and maintaining clean, high-quality, efficient and well tested code aligning with project specifications
Architecting and implementing key abstractions bridging Software Engineering and DevOps
Proactively identifying pain points in the platform and proposing elegant solutions
Collaborating with Product and Engineering counterparts to build robust and reliable tooling
Developing and maintaining thorough technical documentation for the platform

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience building complex backend solutions in a SaaS environment
Expert skills in at least one of Node.js, Typescript, or Go
Proficiency in relational and nonrelational databases
Strong understanding of cloud native or cloud hybrid solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with React, Typescript, Golang, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS, Prior experience developing tools to improve the developer experience, Experience building CI/CD pipelines, Previous experience mentoring junior engineers
