Responsibilities

What you will be doing as a FP&A Analyst:

The core focus of the role is to perform analyses to provide insight and transparency on the drivers of the business performance and to support decision making.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports, any analysis for the management related to the Czech market
Assists with the development, implementation, monitoring, and revision of policies and procedures relating to the business. - Being familiar with the procedures and controlling/reporting tools of all AGRI profit centers, be able to substitute the members of the FP&A team
Participate in the development of the ERP system (SAP R/3, BW), keep contact with support teams, and provide support to other Agri departments
Preparing OPWC- operating working capital- reports and comments

Requirements

University or College degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting; Master degree represents an advantage
Minimum 3-4 year of experience in a similar position, multinational companies from agri field are preferred - Proven knowledge and experience in Controlling, Reporting & Analysis, Accounting
MS Excel knowledge- at the least intermediate level
Fluent in English and Hungarian
SAP knowledge or other ERP is a plus
Knowledge of Czech is also a plus
