Responsibilities
- Design and build custom AI applications
- Embed AI across a customer's software development lifecycle
- Build enterprise systems using AI tools
- Deliver production-ready AI solutions
- Work across full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment
- Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams
- Join customer calls to discuss tradeoffs and progress
- Collaborate with other engineers on AI challenges
- Shape engineering culture
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals with 5+ years experience
- Experience building production-ready software across multiple programming languages
- Experience with Large Language Models and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Understanding of practical challenges of deploying AI in production
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor
- Problem-solving mindset with self-teaching and experimentation
- Customer-facing skills for understanding needs and translating to technical solutions
- Startup mentality with proactive and versatile approach
- Collaborative approach with integrity and continuous learning
