Responsibilities
- Design and build custom AI applications
- Embed AI across a customer's software development lifecycle
- Build enterprise systems using AI tools
- Ship production-ready work integrating with customer's environment
- Deliver solutions across full project lifecycle
- Translate requirements and system design into production grade AI solutions
- Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams
- Participate in customer calls to discuss tradeoffs, progress, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with other engineers on complex AI challenges
- Help define engineering culture and processes
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals with 5+ years experience building production-ready software
- Experience building scalable applications with Large Language Models using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Understanding of practical challenges of deploying AI in production
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to self-teach and experiment
- Customer-facing skills to understand needs and translate into technical solutions
- Startup mentality with willingness to take on varied tasks
- Collaborative approach valuing integrity and continuous learning
