Responsibilities
Your tasks
- Responsible for the order and cleanliness in our guest rooms and on the floors and public areas of the hotel
- Quality control of cleaned rooms and other areas as well as turn-down service
- Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations
- Co-organization and assistance in regular basic cleaning work
- Ensuring the forwarding of technical defects in the guest area and in the rooms
- Contact person for our international guests as well as colleagues and employees
- Training and instruction of new employees
Requirements
Your Profile
- Experience in an equivalent hotel
- Team spirit and personal responsibility
- Attention to detail and well-groomed appearance
- Language skills in two different languages
- Compliance with high quality standards
