Responsibilities

Your main tasks

Inspect rooms (arrival, departure, evening service)
Coordinate the teams of room attendants and porters on the floors
Ensure good organization so that rooms are ready for guests on time
Handle guest requests
Monitor maintenance work
Care for special furnishings
Ensure proper care and cleaning of furniture and public areas
Assist in training and onboarding of new employees

Requirements

Your profile

You are dynamic
You have experience in a similar position
You enjoy working in a team with a positive attitude
You are flexible, responsive, and able to work independently
You have an eye for detail
You speak English, German is an advantage
