• Establish close and effective relationships with business stakeholders to understand resource demand and service quality
• Ensure flexible labour agencies deliver workforce in required quality and quantity
• Act as an expert in pricing, contractual terms and legal requirements with regards to flexible labour agencies
• Implement Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with flexible labour agencies
• Support strategic sourcing processes and tenders in line with DHL policies
• Negotiate and close frame agreements with support from procurement and legal departments
• Monitor and report KPIs for flexible labour management
• Conduct risk assessments and audits of flexible labour agencies
• Support operations during peak seasons through planning and coordination
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions in resourcing
• Building relationship with stakeholders across the country

• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Sound experience in Strategic Sourcing and managing 3rd party suppliers/vendors
• Experience in workforce management at a flexible labour agency is an advantage
• Valid driving license and ability to travel within Hungary according to the business needs
• Strong communication skills
