Join our Team and advance your career as an Fleet Business Analyst for DACH Region- German Speaking

  • Manage Invoice acceptance procedures
  • Handle Invoice related questions, requests
  • Own daily business communication and complaint resolution
  • Work on and provide accurate monthly/ quarterly closing reports
  • Create and follow up on Purchase Orders
  • Oversee general reporting on assigned portfolio
  • Maintain and update customer data, including new onboarding customers and implementation of new accepted partners
  • Fluency in German and English
  • University Degree preferred (in Economics or related fields) or other Graduation in Economics (High School)
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Flexible, motivated personality
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of Customer Service or in SSC environment is an advantage
  • Able to produce consistently high-quality information within tight deadlines
