Responsibilities

What you will do
- Develop, maintain and improve financial reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
- Prepare and structure financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across reports
- Support the automation of repetitive finance tasks using Power Automate or advanced Excel
- Analyse finance processes and identify opportunities for simplification or standardisation
- Work closely with Controlling, Reporting, PtP, OtC and Working Capital teams
- Translate finance/business needs into clear, structured inputs for IT/BI colleagues
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including report rationalisation and data clean‑up
- Participate in system testing, improvements, and adoption of new reporting tools

Requirements

What helps you succeed
- 3-5 years experience in Finance, Reporting, Controlling or SSC finance
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, AX, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or Power Query (willingness to grow further is key)
- Advantage: some exposure to simple automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
- Ability to understand finance processes and communicate effectively with finance teams
- Analytical, structured mindset and interest in optimisation
- Confident English communication skills
