Alpes Lasers SA is a Swiss high-tech company specialized in the development and fabrication of advanced infrared light sources, including Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs). We work at the intersection of photonics, micro-technology, and R&D, supporting customers in spectroscopy, medical, industrial and defence applications.
Your Mission
You will play a key operational role in Finance & Controlling and support the CEO in building a solid and modern finance function.
You enjoy working both hands-on in daily finance tasks and contributing to the improvement of tools, processes and reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly P&L, cash-flow statements and management reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop Excel-based dashboards and KPI tools to support decision-making.
- Support the follow-up of EU- and Swiss-funded R&D projects.
- Ensure basic internal control processes and audit preparation.
- Provide financial support to production, sales and R&D (costing, margin analysis).
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Accounting.
- Very good command of Excel (pivot tables, dashboards).
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with Odoo or other ERPs is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English.
