Responsibilities
Our client is a well - known company in tourism and is currently looking for a Financial Controller for the following tasks:
- Responsible for all controlling & reporting deliverables and requirements
- Ensure that all internal and external reporting requirements are delivered timely and accurately (month-end, quarterly, half year, year-end, forecast, budget etc.) in accordance with group reporting calendar
- Preparation of simulation files with key KPIs (sales, gross margin, EBITA)
- Support senior management on key topics, report on operational performance and provide insight into key areas
- Financial and business process improvement (digitalization & automation projects)
- Communication: regular communication with EEU HQ finance team, collaboration with other departments
- Coordinate with external auditors and support during audits
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in the field of financial management, controlling & reporting of a medium company of at least 3 years
- Bachelor´s degree in finance, economics and business
- English language - advanced and active knowledge in spoken and written form
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and tour operator industry is a plus
- Business acumen, results orientation, flexibility & responsibility
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
