Tasks:

Job Description

Acts as senior controller, whose daily work is supported by experienced controllers
Coordinate month-end closing activities
Consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
Supporting effective business decisions by presenting financial performance & suggesting improvement measures in order to reach targets
Coordinate monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting in cooperation with other departments
Keep in hand the process development and process automation initiatives
Drive the development of existing KPI reports by using modern self-service BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

Expectation:

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Finance or Economy
At least 5+ years of relevant experience
Fundamental understanding of key controlling and reporting processes
Solid MS Excel knowledge & good knowledge in MS Office
Process Automation & process development mindset
Knowledge & engagement with BI solutions
Excellent communication skills, being fluent in English (German is a strong advantage)
Good analytical skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
